Thai paintings of ancient times

Thai artists draw the most beautiful paintings showing the ancient kingdoms and life of ancient Thailand. 

For example, in the photo below, the painting is taken from a temple located in Suphan Buri, Thailand:

Above: A Thai King sitting on the throne, with his subjects paying respect to him.

While below, it shows the life in Thailand long time ago:

These paintings are donated to the temple- either by the artist or by someone who bought the paintings. Actually there is a series of paintings that told a story but I did not have time to take more pictures as we were rushing off.
